Built the entire corporate intranet for Zone Entertainment in Google Sites. It serves as the single source of truth for all staff across 12 brands and 14 locations — a unified launchpad for every platform the company runs, organized by role and function. I built it from a blank site into the operational core the company still uses.

Started Zone Entertainment's Asana workspace from zero. Defined the project structure, onboarded the team, and built it into the company's primary operational task management system — still in active use company-wide in 2026.
Designed multi-location spreadsheets with cell-level access privileges for corporate staff billing — dividing shared time across all locations proportionally and billing each store accordingly. Separately, built an automated executive reporting pipeline: Google Forms from managers → reconciliation against live source data → compiled into presentation-ready reports for leadership meetings.
Built an automated contact export pipeline unifying five guest-facing data sources into a single marketing-ready list: Bookly (WordPress birthday/event booking), Curator Live (in-store photo stands), EGG / Escape Games Global (digital waiver system with marketing consent), Eventbrite (ticketed events), and Toast POS (consented at checkout) — each capturing guests at a different touchpoint. Feeds CRM and marketing automation pipelines.
Co-built the company brand asset library using Google Sites and Sheets — organized into Advertising Guidance, Social Media Assets, Email Templates, Event Assets, and Presentation Templates. Used across all 12 brands and 14 locations.
Built and maintained zone-entertainment.com and the multi-brand WordPress network. Eventbrite embedded checkout on 10+ sites, HubSpot tracking, full Google tag stack, Cloudflare DNS, Apple Branded Email DNS, and location-specific builds for BIG Sterling Heights and Ypsilanti.
Self-maintained home lab running Windows Server 2025, Active Directory (stadler.local), Hyper-V, IIS, AD FS, RDS with proper PKI/certificate infrastructure, Cloudflare Zero Trust tunnels, and a segmented UniFi network (VLAN-separated IoT vs. trusted devices). Maintained ongoing for continued learning and skill retention.
Providing IT structure, architecture recommendations, and deployment/staff education guidance for a friend's new business. Covers platform selection, process design, and staff onboarding for technology tools.
A personal communications platform built from scratch — because no off-the-shelf tool did exactly what was needed. S-Phone ties together a FreePBX phone system, VoIP.ms trunks, SMS, and voicemail into a single system with a PWA inbox. Voicemails are automatically transcribed via Whisper and logged as HubSpot call engagements when the caller matches a contact. Inbound texts hit a signed webhook, get stored in Cloudflare D1, and surface in the inbox alongside voicemails. Audio lives in R2. Every piece was built to run in production, not as a demo.
