Started on the floor at Zap Zone Farmington in 2018 — hourly, in-store, running parties, handling guests, learning the operation from the inside. That foundation mattered. When the role grew into building and managing the systems that ran the company, there was already a clear understanding of how the floor actually worked, what staff needed, and where the gaps were. Systems built without that context tend to miss.

By 2023, the role had fully transitioned to the corporate office — supporting the structure that united the brands under Zone Entertainment and executing across every system the company ran: POS, intranet, reporting, marketing, and event sales.

  • Started booking events before the location had fully operational attractions — sold the vision before the product was complete
  • Simultaneously onboarding and configuring Tripleseat CRM while actively closing bookings on it — built the pipeline and the process at the same time
